What is Morality?
Morality is one's ultimate system of believe. It is the path that you follow within your everyday life, the basis for all the decisions you make and the motivation for the reason you do every thing you do. Morality is what one personally believes is right and wrong, what one believes is acceptable and nonacceptable, and what one considers a good deed versus a bad one. Everyone is different, some more optimistic and cautious, some more fearless and objectory; however, no matter which way you look at it, morality is an extremely important component to life itself and gives reason to the psychology behind why we, as humans, do what we do throughout our entire lives.

As humans there sometimes never is a definite reason for why we do what we do in our lives other than the fact that our morals tell us it is either right or wrong, and thus we must make a decision based on that. There really is so much psychological factors behind the creation of one's belief system and I like how you pointed that out!
ReplyDeleteWhen you state that everyone is different and that is why humans do what we do related to what I wrote, so I definitely agree with your beliefs on morals. Do you believe morals truly exist if everyone has different morals? If they are not unified as specific morals does that still make them morals or could it just be our conscious speaking?
ReplyDeleteI like how you said everyone is different which relates to how everyone has their own different views on things. These morals are something that connect people and bond them together through the common point of knowing when things are right and wrong. What role do you think psychology makes of peoples morals?
ReplyDeleteHow does morality relate to any other subjects? As in how can you see morality other than a belief system? I agree with how it's a path that you can follow, but how else can morality affect your life other than going by it?
